Shipping & Returns
1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
- For in stock items, processing takes 1 - 5 business days.
2. Should I be expecting a tracking number?
- For local orders (within Australia) unfortunately tracking numbers aren't automatically provided by Australia Post, because of the type of package that we're sending. Though you can always contact us to purchase a tracking upgrade.
- For international orders to most countries (see below) you will have the option at checkout to purchase a tracking number for your order.
- If you do not purchase a tracking number for your order, unfortunately they won't be any way to track your package.
3. I bought something on pre-order as well as something that's in stock. When will my order be processed and shipped?
- If there is a pre-order item/s in your cart as well as an in stock item/s, we will ship the order at the latest pre-order ship date/s listed in the item description.
You can bypass this if you have contacted us and asked for them to be shipped separately. Though shipping items separately will incur an additional shipping fee.
4. How long does shipping take?
For Australian orders - usually anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks. Can be up to 3 weeks, especially around the holidays.
For international orders - anywhere from 7 - 35 business days.
Orders to smaller cities in the US, and some European countries can sometimes take longer than 35 days, due to being held in customs.
Please note that tracking numbers are only available for the following countries:
- Hong Kong
- Korea, Republic of (South Korea)
- New Zealand
Return & Exchange FAQS
1. I received the wrong item in the post, how can we fix this?
- If the item you received is different to the item on your printed invoice included in the bag please email us via our contact form and we will help you out! We will probably ask to see a photo, heads up!
- If the item received is the same as the item on your printed invoice included in the bag but the invoice does not match your order then again, email us! In a situation like this we will ask to see photos, confirm, then either send the correct item or issue a full refund.
2. I received the size that I ordered, but it turns out it doesn't fit me!
Unfortunately in this situation we will not offer any exchanges or refunds as all of the sizing information is listed or linked to in each and every item description. We're sorry about that!
Please ensure that you check your measurements with the ones listed here before making a purchase. (-:
3. I haven't received my order yet!
Before you email us, have you checked to see if your item is:
On pre-order? Each listing description will state whether or not the item is on pre-order, and will also have a shipping date listed.
Still within the shipping timeframe for your location? Have a look at the shipping timeframes for each location - listed on the left of this page.
Sent to the correct address? Please double check your order confirmation email to see if you gave us your correct postal address. If you cannot find this information, you are welcome to email us so that we can check for you. When doing this, please be sure to include your postal address so that we can cut the emailing time in half.
Unfortunately if you did not give us your correct postal address, we will not be able to refund or resend your order, as this is a mistake that is out of our hands. We hope you can understand!
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
You're welcome to get in touch with us about cancelling/changing your order if you either a) made a mistake when filling out your info at checkout, or b) chose the wrong item/size. However, this must be done within 24 hours.
Unfortunately no cancellations or changes can be made after 24 hours, as your order will have already been processed and will be ready to be dispatched. Sorry about that!
